Patrick Stewart uses voicemail messages to make money

Patrick Stewart has turned his talent for voicemail messages into a lucrative sideline.
The British actor says he no longer voices answer machine messages as a favor for fans but will do it for cash for charity.
“I’ve done it several times as an auction item,” says Patrick.
“You can place your bid and have Patrick Stewart record a message for you. So now I will do it but it’s all about how much you are prepared to pay. The only condition is I will not mention my name in the message.”
