Drew Barrymore loves being a director?

Drew Barrymore is glad she made a name for herself behind the camera.
The 36-year-old former E.T star says she grew tired of being a leading lady and now sees directing and producing as her main occupation.
“After 35 years of working I was like, ‘Shall I take the gold watch for retirement or shall I and live out the dream I have had since I was a kid?” says Drew.
“I’ve always wanted to be a director and it’s so wonderful to be working towards those dreams.”
