Amy Winehouse bought £1200 of drugs night before she died

Troubled: The Rehab singer looking wild night on a night in Camden in 2008
A friend of Amy Winehouse claims he helped her buy £1,200 worth of drugs the night before she died.
Tony Azzopardi is due to be re-interviewed by police today after claiming to have met the Back to Blackstar who was found dead at home on July 23 outside The Eagle bar, close to her home in Camden, North London, at around 11.30pm on Friday July 22, where she asked him to help her obtain some narcotics.
According to 56-year-old Tony who has a history of drink and drug problems they took a taxi to nearby West Hampstead where he made a call, and shortly afterward an associate the pair both knew arrived and sold the singer half an ounce each of crack cocaine and heroin.
Later she dropped him off at home, and Tony who met the late star through her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil added, “She gave me a kiss on the cheek and that was it the last time I saw her. She looked good, you know, fit like she’d been clean for a while and filled out a bit. I couldn’t believe it when I found out she was gone.”
Tony’s claims contradict those made by Amy’s father Mitch last week that she had been free of drugs for three years and had recently decided to quit alcohol.
Despite Amy’s family insisting she was at home the night before she died playing drums, and no drugs or drug paraphernalia being found at her house, Tony insists he is telling the truth.
“I want Amy’s family to know the truth about what happened. I want to help them out but I’m worried about my safety,” he said.
Meanwhile, stylist Alex Foden, who created Amy’s trademark Beehive hairdo, said he was worried she would die a few weeks before he passing, after she made a shambolic comeback performance in Serbia which led to the cancellation of a planned European tour.
“The two weeks leading up to it [her death], I was talking about it a lot. Just because of the Belgrade gig, it was just so obvious,” he said.
“I’d never seen Amy on that level, I burst out crying because I know how hard it is.”

Miley Cyrus has a new inking.
The former Hannah Montana star posted a picture of her latest tattoo on Twitter Friday.
The body art apparently shows Miley’s support for gay marriage equality.
In the photo, she shows off what looks like an equal sign on her ring finger, captioned with the phrase, “all love is equal.”
A rep for the singer could not be reached for comment, People magazine reports.
Cyrus recently insisted she’s not trying to make a “statement” by getting tattoos and partying.
“It’s not about how far I can push things so people will believe I’m not Hannah Montana anymore,” she said. “You just make the music that you love and because I’m growing up, you know, so does my music.
“It’s not about trying to make a statement about growing up. You know … you just do.”

Kelly Rowland doesn't care about Simon Cowell opinion

Kelly Rowland doesn’t care what Simon Cowell thinks of her new album.
The former Destiny’s Child star who’s a judge on the new season of Cowell’s UK TV show The X Factor says although she respects the music mogul’s blunt approach, she’s not bothered about his opinion of Here I Am.

Kelly says Simon’s opinions leave no gray area:
“It’s like, ‘Oh my God, that was awful,’ or ‘That was really nice.’ I like seeing him in his element. His work is awesome,” she said.

“We want to cross the Sahara. It takes 28 days. It would have to be on a camel. I wonder if we could do it in pieces and station the kids along the way?” she said.
“Zahara wants to get back to Africa, and Shiloh too. So everyone takes their turns in their country.”
Meanwhile, Brad and Angelina who already own properties in Los Angeles and the South of France are reportedly set to buy a “private and discreet” £10 million home in London’s exclusive Richmond-On-Thames suburb that her Tourist costar Johnny Depp has previously stayed in.
“It has been the best-kept secret for years for many of the Hollywood stars that if they stayed in relatively normal houses in the suburbia of Richmond, they could go around undetected,” a source said.
“Johnny Depp always tries to use the house Brad and Angelina are in at the moment because it just doesn’t stick out and is very private and discreet inside. Yet the house is steeped in history.”

Jude Law uses public transport

Jude Law still uses public transport.
The 38-year-old actor who has children Rafferty, 14, Iris, 10, and eight-year-old Rudy with ex-wife Sadie Frost, as well as 22-month-old Sophia with Samantha Burke tries to lead as normal a life as he possibly can as he thinks that will reduce the attention he receives in his personal life.
“I’ve created a haven that works for me and my family. I still enjoy a very normal life with my kids. We use trains and busses and that’s often the best way,” said Jude.
“If you build up some sort of psychological bubble around you, I think you’re asking for trouble.”
Despite his worldwide fame, Jude insists he doesn’t think of himself as a “celebrity” because he doesn’t seek attention.
“I hate the word celebrity, which means I’m in some messy, mushy sort of bracket with people who have won reality shows and chefs and socialites and it’s just not something I see myself as,” he said.
“I don’t invite people into my home and I’ve never courted the press unless I’m talking to them about some work I’m doing. And I don’t do that very much.”
